What video sizes can I make?

You can have your video made in landscape, square or vertical formats.

Can I use the videos after my subscription is over?

Yes your videos are yours to use forever.

What file type is the video I download?

When you download a reevio video, you’ll receive it in an mp4 format, 1920x1080, or full HD depending on video ratio.

Can I add a clickable link to my video

No, you can’t add live links to videos. All videos are rendered out in .mp4 format which don’t support links.

What happens if I need to make changes to my video?

You may review every created video, if there is anything that needs changed or fixing we’ll be happy to make the changes for you.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

No contract. No obligation. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Annual purchases run on a one-year billing cycle with cancellation available for the following year.

What languages does Reevio support?

You can create videos in every language except Arabic.

Is this site secure for purchases?

Yes, Absolutely! We work with Stripe and Paypal which guarantees your safety and security. All site communication and data transfer are secured and encrypted.

Do you save credit card details?

No. Absolutely not. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers. The information goes directly from your computer to our payment service provider.
